Coach Rob Greenwood is an Award-winning performance coach for the last 20 years. He was the head Coach of the National Training Centre Stirling in the UK before becoming the National Head Coach of the UK para Program.

Coach Rob was named the UK sports coach of the year in 2016. More recently (2021), he joined the Spanish swimming federation as Head Coach of the Madrid Training Centre. He is known for the use of objective data to make informed decisions.
