The World Swimming Coaches Association is the collective voice of swimming coaches worldwide, with a mission to advocate for them and represent their interests at the highest levels of the discipline, including the World Aquatics.

We believe that better-educated coaches become better coaches. As such, the WSCA provides high-quality education, facilitated by experienced coaches, through in-person and online clinics, online newsletters, training camps, and internationally recognized professional coaching credentials.

Credible, international certification enables coaches to enhance their skill sets, secure better job opportunities, receive improved remuneration, and build their professional credibility while fostering a strong network within the swimming coach's community.

In our pursuit of a clean sport, the World Swimming Coaches Association actively combats both doping and corruption. Our goal is to root out corruption, which has emerged as the primary obstacle to the growth of our sport. By eradicating these issues, we aim to create a level playing field and a more enriching experience for our member's athletes.

Additionally, we acknowledge the significance of reliable, safe, and clean water in easily maintainable swimming pools for the growth of our sport. The WSCA is committed to assisting coaches and facilities managers in the development and management of such swimming facilities.

Together, let's advance the profession of swimming coaching, uphold integrity in our sport, and create an environment that fosters excellence and success for coaches and athletes alike.
